Assistance Programs

The Emergency Relief Program and Energy Accounts Payments Assistance offers support to families who have encountered financial difficulties and require temporary assistance. Assistance given by Muloobinba comes from 2 separate programs

  • Emergency Relief Program- Funded by FAHCSIA- provides Woolworths Food vouchers and Chemist Vouchers
  • Energy Accounts Payment Assistance Program- funded by Industry and Investment Energy Branch offers $50.00 Vouchers for Electricity or Gas.

All assistance given is done by appointment only. The current operating hours for the Assistance programs is Monday and Wednesday only, from 9.30am to 1.00pm by calling reception on 024969 5299


Clients can access the following programs that Muloobinba provides:

Energy Accounts Payments Assistance (EAPA)

Twice a financial year

Chemist Vouchers

Every 3 months


Clients are advised to provide Income Statements from Centrelink that are no older than 7 days. As aswell as current expenditure receipts from their last payment. People will be asked to provide this information when attending their appointment for assistance.
